Our verdict

n8n is a fair-code workflow automation tool that has become the favorite for building AI agents and automations, with LangChain-style nodes, code steps and hundreds of integrations. You can self-host it free or use n8n Cloud from $20 a month billed annually. It's more technical than Make and self-hosting needs maintenance. Momentum is excellent, and its 30% recurring affiliate program is attractive.
